Mandy is everything I could want in a Nutrition Coach!  She's encouraging, hands-on, and knowledgeable.  I  love her style- she has guided me in establishing healthy lifestyle changes by taking things slow, not overwhelming me, and creating good habits that I didn't even realize I was forming.  Most  important of all, I have seen massive improvement in my relationship with my body and with food.  Mandy truly cares, and understands what you're going through, and it shows in her coaching.   I  highly recommend working with her! 


I started working with Mandy Berreth and Podium Nutrition last August. Mandy started out by helping me set my goals.  She calculated my macronutrient numbers based on my goal weight and fitness level. Each week Mandy would monitor my food diary and check in with me multiple times.  Mandy was very attentive and encouraging.  She gave me very good advice for my food choices and the best ways to hit my numbers.  I have learned so much about overall health and nutrition from Mandy.  I would strongly recommend Mandy for anyone looking to hit their fitness and nutrition goals.



"Mandy’s vast understanding of nutrition and resistance training has been monumental during my cutting phase.   As an avid lifter and previous macro counter  I was stuck not losing weight after a medical set back.   Her adjustments to my macros not calories has allowed me to lose 1-2lbs per week steadily the last few months.

I've been working with Mandy consistently for the 5-6 months. She's always super helpful with any nutrition questions I have, while giving me great feedback.. She is really encouraging about the whole process and trusting the weight loss process. . I've lost 15 pounds so far and still going. She's only had to adjust my macros a couple of times, so it's been spot on. This makes it easier, so I know what I have to work with nutrition wise. I used to dread stepping on the scale,. And I am so stoked that everything is starting to improve and come together. My clothes are getting looser. I've lost 9 pounds in 3 months, and several inches from my waist. Lifting each week I'm feeling stronger and stronger.  I'm in a better place mentally. All thanks to Mandy at Podium Nutrition. 



Before working with Mandy,  I was overweight and lacking energy. I spent my work days sitting at the computer and lockdown kept me in a consistently inactive state.  Even when I would muster up the energy to work out I felt weak, and the soreness would linger sometimes for days.  In the beginning I found that I was actually supposed to eat much more than I had been, and that took a bit of getting used to, but by the end of the first week I adjusted to my new level of intake.  She was always available for questions and kept me accountable when I would get lazy with my tracking.  After 2 months I am down 12 pounds and have PR’d every benchmark lift at the CrossFit gym I attend.  My recovery time has improved drastically and I was able to go from lifting  1 - 2 times a week to  4-5 times a week very comfortably.  If you are feeling like you’ve hit a wall and need some help to get through it I would highly recommend seeking nutrition coaching with Mandy Berreth.
