Transformation Tuesday. Everyone’s transformation is different. This is mine.
Loving yourself where you are now.
If you are basing your happiness on a size you want to be, stop! Happiness shouldn't be size specific. Because if you're not happy now, you won't be happy long-term when you get to the size you want to be. That size you want to be isn't the solution to your being unhappy now. Don't equate a size with happiness. If that were the case so many people once they lost weight the 1st time, they wouldn't of gained it all back. Again and again.
The key to your happiness is loving yourself at any size and not letting the number on the scale define who you are. It's learning how to keep being consistent and maintain your weight loss. Because once the bliss of being that weight wears off, so does any incorporating healthy changes you did to get there. Remember it's a long-term lifestyle change not a seasonal commitment or temporary devotion to your health.
Once you make peace with that thought and mindset, and see your true worth, let it guide you to your goal weight that you'll be happy to be because of the accomplishment it took for you to get there! You are far more than your body weight.
You only get one body in this lifetime. Love it!
Take one day at a time, one meal and one workout. And remember small changes lead to big benefits.
