Transformation Tuesday. Everyone's transformation is different, this is mine.
Everyone stays inside their comfort zone. Everyone! Inside that bubble you feel safe, life is easy, you're in control, you feel comfortable and you aren't scared. It's like a warm blanket.
I didn't lose weight till I pushed myself outside my comfort zone. I ran at top speeds and did a cannonball into the unknown. I was tired of being overweight, depressed and making excuses.
When I started did I fail, yep. Was I scared, um yeah. Was I frustrated that I cried some days, yes! But I kept going and I know if I didn't, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I am more confident than I've ever been, healthier, happier, stronger, I found my purpose in life helping others and I love who I am.
If you want to lose weight, you don't have to cannonball outside your comfort zone like me. But you do need to step outside it. You know that. Once you move away from what you already know, and step into the unknown the possibilities are endless. Conquer your fears and let's shed your excuses so you can find out that your capable of so much more!
